Modaheal 200 mg is used to promote wakefulness in patients with Narcolepsy, Shift Worker Sleep disorder and Sleep Apnea. It can also be used off-label for cognitive enhancement, fatigue related disorders, etc. It works on the brain transmitters to boost alertness. It does not replace the natural desire to obtain sleep.Â
MECHANISM OF ACTIONÂ
- Dopamine boost: Modafinil blocks the dopamine transporter thus lowering the dopamine reuptake and raising the local dopamine.Â
- Arousal regulation: Modafinil influences hypocretin/orexin pathways thereby regulating arousal and wakefulness

CONCLUSIONÂ
Modaheal 200 mg contains modafinil and is generally used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness that may be associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea or shift work sleep disorder. Many users say it helps them be more alert and focused, but it’s not a replacement for getting enough sleep or a cure for what’s really causing your tiredness. If you are considering taking this medicine, speak to your physician before you start treatment, take the recommended dose, and tell your doctor immediately if you experience any unusual symptoms.
